How to request permanent deletion of your profile and personal data

How to Request Deletion

Option 1: Directly inside the Huntly App (Recommended)

  1. Open the Huntly app on your device
  2. Navigate to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation
  3. Tap Settings ⚙️ > Delete Account
  4. Confirm deletion by entering your password or confirming the safety prompt

Option 2: Request via Email

Send an email from your registered address to: infos@gethuntly.euwith subject: Huntly Account Deletion Request

Include your username or registered email address in the body of the message.

Data Deleted Immediately

  • Personal profile: name, email, avatar, login credentials
  • XP point balance, historical player level, progress, and collected badges
  • Personal shopping lists and saved culinary favorites

Retained or Anonymized Data

  • Crowdsourced shelf price validations and community votes are anonymized to maintain catalog integrity.
  • Technical security logs for fraud prevention (retained for up to 90 days before automated deletion).
Timing: In-app deletion is instant. Email deletion requests are processed within 48 business hours.
Warning: Account deletion is irreversible. All unredeemed coupons and XP points will be permanently lost.
